Have you ever had a dream come true?

We did.  We dreamt of an African Odyssey.

Our dream came true in July of 2001 in Sub-Saharan Africa.

This site is dedicated to the 10 american travellers who cast aside their fears and lethargy to take the trip of a lifetime and made their dreams come true. It is a work-in-progress that will grow and take shape as those travellers contribute their pictures, notes, and video tapes to its construction. Like our trip, it will unfold a bit at a time over possibly bumpy roads, but ultimately lead to wonderful stopping points along the way.
