IRSC students can access the college records holding their personal contact information via the college's
password protected Online Registration System on its public web site. If you follow the steps listed below,
an additional web browsing window will open and retrieve the starting page for that system. You can then
toggle between that new window and this one (containing the instructions) by either using the keystroke
combination of Alt+Tab or by clicking on the task bar buttons (at the bottom of your screen) devoted to
the two windows.
Look for the banner that reads "PLEASE UPDATE YOUR EMERGENCY INFORMATION". Below it you will see two textboxes under the words Please Sign In.
Fill-in the two text boxes with your Student ID (for most, your Social security Number) without hyphens
and your password/PIN in the form of MMYY (Month and Year) which is initially set to the month (2 digits)
and year (last 2 digits) of your birthday.
Click on the Logon button.
If a screen about IRS Tax form 1098T appears, respond to it.
Under the My Details area, click on the title of any item that needs to be changed.
Fill-in or update your personal information and emergency contact information and click on the
Update button.
Then exit the secure system by clicking on the word Logoff in the upper righthand side of the window.
Finally, close the extra web browsing window by clicking on the X button in
the upper righthand corner of the window.
